A very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom just behind the Palais Stephanie hotel in the centre of Cannes. Set on the 3rd floor of a well-kept building, this apartment has an open and breezy feel with yellow furnishings and plenty natural light. Upon entering the apartment, to your right you have a large living area, with a dining table for 6 and a comfortable sitting area with three lovely sofas and a TV. From there you can access a terrace overlooking the one way street below. The terrace is quite long and has a garden table for 6 and two sun loungers to relax on. To your left, you have the well equipped kitchen in which you can find all the usual necessities - a hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher. Also to your left are the bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other one two single beds. They both have access to a small balcony and the large sliding windows let in plenty of lovely light. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, two sinks, a shower attachment in the bath, and a toilet, the other with a shower and toilet. Ideal for both holiday makers and corporate lettings as the apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and less than 3 minutes to the Croisette beach front.
