A two bedroomed, one bathroom apartment in a secure residence which sits on a wonderfully gardened square just off the Plages (beaches) du Midi. It is a few minutes walk into the Old town of Cannes, the Palais des Festivals and the Rue d'Antibes. As you enter, to your right is a large and open living and dining area, which is furnished in a minimalist style with no clutter and open spaces with a lot of light. The living area leads directly onto the large terrace which overlooks the square, and the sea can be seen just beyond. Directly ahead is the kitchen, which is modern and comfortable and well appointed, and which boasts all mod cons such as an oven, hobs, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, the washing machine is also in the kitchen. To the left of the entranceway, in the rear of the apartment are the 2 bedrooms, both of which have double beds and lots of storage space. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace at the back of the apartment, and the 2 bedrooms share a large modern bathroom with stand up shower. There is a separate WC for visitors, and the sofa in the living area can be made into a very well sprung and comfortable sofa bed if more sleeping space is required.
