Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the Palm Beach peninsular, just a minute from the Cannes Croisette beach front. Redecorated in 2012 to a high and comfortable quality. The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and plenty storage space. It leads on to a little terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy your breakfast outside. The second bedroom has two single beds and also plenty cupboard space. It also has access to the little back terrace. On the left hand side of the entrance hall, you will find a guest toilet and a shower cubicle. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a toilet. The main living area has an open-plan kitchen which is fully-fitted and equipped with mod con appliances. This includes a family sized fridge freezer, a microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, oven, four ring hob, dishwasher, as well as other items. The kitchen opens onto a living area with a dining table for four. The living area has a comfortable sofa which can also open up into a double sofa bed, with a little coffee table and an Ottoman, a flat screen TV on the wall and wide sliding windows which let in lots of light. There is also a little balcony at the front of the apartment, looking out onto a quiet street below. All the shutters are electric, the rooms are all air conditioned and there is also a washing machine. The apartment is a perfect spot for a family holiday or for attending the congresses as it is only a 20 minute walk down the Croisette to the Palais des Festival, and there are buses to and from every 15 minutes. The beaches on the Croisette are a couple minutes walk from the apartment.
